INCIDENT REPORT: McDonald’s Genetically Engineered Menu. I’m Not Lovin’ It!

They didn’t have much luck, but they did buy a meal to see if, and how long, the elements of the meal would decompose. This is part of the lead up to the September global week of action against Monsanto. Monsanto has patented their genetically engineered plants and animal feed found in 90% of American food products, and McDonald’s is one of the main conduits for these products to enter the population. But now some people are fighting back by demanding labeling, more education of what they call “Frankenfoods”, and eventually banning GMO’s altogether.
